Hi all I am at a loss I have Hamilton Miller B 1826 Toxteth Park Liverpool in my family his father Thomas Miller B 1791 Ireland Mother Agnes B 1794 Ireland. |

The 1870 USA census lists a Hamilton Miller b 1826 living in Hamilton, Ohio. I don't have access rights to check where he was born |

The 1880 American census is free on Familysearch. there are 2 Hamilton Millers there born England but one is 1832 and the other 1863. |

Here is 1871 census. Hamilton is a distiller? and his children are all born in England apart from the youngest, born in Ohio. Elizabeth was born in Maryland. |

Thanks again Liz that's spot on Hannah his first wife must have died or left him in USA no wonder I couldn't find her death in the UK records. |
