Nope, not had a problem. Can you contact the firm you bought it from for advice? Or give ancestry a ring, they are usually good on the phone. May be their server is having problems. |

Have just bought Family Treemaker with a months free trial to Ancestry but every time I try to register it goes to a blank screen which says please wait. Nothing more happens. I waited for ten minutes and decided I must have done something wrong so I tried again this morning and waited for half an hour still nothing and again this afternoon another half an hour. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this. Pat |
