On the 1901 census there are 91 people born in 1901 (i.e. were less than a year old) whose place of birth is given as Catford and are living in Lewisham registration district. Assuming that they hadn't all moved between being born and the census day(!), it certainly seems that Catford is in Lewisham RD - or at least it was in 1901. |

Lewisham is the nearest registration that I can find on Genuki, but I can't find Catford mentioned anywhere. |

If someone is born, married or died in Catford would it be listed as Catford in the indexes or as something else? Can anyone help me with this question it's driving me mad please please please |
