Does anyone know why after viewing numerous census records (in the original form) the viewer freezers? This has happened to me now on numerous occasions and I am getting a little annoyed with it. |

Yes, this happens to me too. Very frustrating isn't it? I thought I was on to something tonight, then bang it's gone. Sometimes the only way round it is to switch off your computer and start again. |

I told Ancestry that the problems all started with the new search facility and they would not hear of it. |
