I started my tree several months ago and at times, have found it sooo difficult and didn't think it could get any harder, but I've recently been contacted by someone regarding DNA family research. Has anyone looked into this or possibly had this done, is it worth it, what is it actually going to tell me??? or is this something to look into further down my line as I'm only back to the 1700's. |

I wonder where one would get the necessary samples for matching.......................other than by exhuming bodies |

Joanne, cant see how it could help you unless you have a relative you want to check out is actually the same line as you. |
