No time of birth on my NZ birth cert, if I remember rightly, but I not only have a twin, but I have multiples. There have been innumerable people who have mistaken me for somebody else. One man tickled me in the ribs (from behind me) and when I swung round to see who it was he was most embarassed. He could not stop apologising, even though I told him I was forever being mistaken for somebody else. I even told him that he had made my evening as it is not every evening a strange man tickles me in the ribs. But he still kept apologising. His face was a picture. |

well some registrar's went beyond their remit and recorded just every bit of info they could glean.so whilst time of birth on births in England & wales usually meant was a twin birth this wasnt always the case!! |
