how do i find more children???????? PLEASE

hi my mother in law edith always said she was the last of seven children, me not knowing if the all survived ,she always said she had twin sisters too ,i have looked on the census forms and varous other places but struggling to find the missing two!!! i know with the help of a few kind people on here yesterday that the eldest child ,gerty i think was born a grunsell as she was born before marriage , would anyone know where i would start in finding more children??????????? |

Children born between the 1901 census & 1911 are very difficult to find. |

there is also another child death (if they are the siblings of your Mother in law, it seems a very sad story, which was the case for alot of family in that period with TB at full force, I have lost lots of children in my family tree in that period) |

thankyou very much for all your help i did find the two ladies mentioned alice and henrieta but they were on different pages !!! is that normal for twins?????????? or maybe i just buy cert and chance it!!!!!!!!! |

is the same quarter and same volume for the two girl and only a page or so difference, so it is possible the twins were recorded on seperate pages. |

Marilyn they do share the same registration, quarter and vol no though, it is just the page number which is different by just a couple of pages and this can be the case with twins. I have some twins in my own tree where the page no was different. |

Nicky, is it an England or Wales birth cert? if so then it is very likely that your GGG Grandmother was a twin. |
