I wonder if this is him on 1871 census. The name does look like Stubbs even though it says Hubbs |

I am trying to find an Arthur Stubbs born (according to 1901 census) in 1869 in Norwich, Norfolk. In 1901 he is married (in 1895) to Elizabeth (Waller) but they have transcribed him as Shibbs (I know this is correct family due to daughters being right - Elsie and Ethel). |
