A lot of the parish records don't appear when you do an advanced search because they haven't been transcribed. |

Irene, I have just done what you said and it is fascinating. I am still only on page 481 of 1300 and already found a Directory of Lincoln 1856 and one ofr the Borough of Leeds 1826 with streets, trades and names. |

I have been a member of Ancestry for quite sometime but only really searched today to find out all the records they have re England. |
