Thanks Sue - I am sure I have him, b 1880 with parents - I have some info from another person on this site, and there is yet another member who won't open his tree in case I use the information!!! (his loss because I can give him more than I would get!!) |

I did a look on BMD for births of possible Alberts and there are too many of them for you to make any progress at all unless you get that marriage I'm afraid. |

I think you are going to have to buy Alberts marriage cert, to make any progress on this one. |

Thanks Sue - I buy certificates regularly. I know I can do it this way, but first I would like to try finding them on censuses - to marry in 1903 albert should appear on at least twio censuses...mistranscribed. At the other end, from an 1819 marriage I would expect to find at least one parent on the 1841 if not 51 - again possibly mistranscribed - trouble is I can't work out what they have been mistranscribed as. It's obvious that at some time they moved from Suffolk to Yorkshire which is why I attach some credence to John, Emma and Edith - but again I can't find them on the 1881........ |

It looks as if you are unfamiliar with how this works. |

I just gave you the link with the code for the certificate!!! All you have to do is use that code to order the certificate. |
