My husband had something similar on his screen recently. He downloaded Spybot search and destroy and ran that. |

I'm on holiday in UK and my partner in Spain has called me to say that there is a constant pop up filling the screen as soon as pc starts up. It won't allow him to get into anything at all even Genes, as it is flashing continually on screen. |
