Shelly, there is only one place to get the records from, the MOD (Ministry of Defence). I must say that I also had to provide a copy of my grandfathers death certificate and also my mothers marriage certificate to prove she was his daughter. |

I can't see that he would be given access to them - -there doesn't seem to be any proof that they are connected in any way, and I think the Army will ask for that. Not sure how you know who is his father, if his name isn't on the birth cert, so if you have any documentary evidence, perhaps this would help. Worth a try, though!. |
