I am so pleased, I am almost 100% sure I have found my grandfather! the biggest problem was he had changed his surname and one of his christian name, when he enlisted in 1884 aged 19, which was old to join up in them days, he also changed his age, saying his b. was 1865, when I have him 1863. what I would like to know is there any way of finding out what mischief or trouble he got up to, that made him do this, his parents and younger siblings did not change there's name and where aware he had. |
