There has been a thread before about Ancestry and Norton, both on here and on rootschat.

Will try to find it but but it is something to do with the browser helper in Norton and if you disable that for Ancestry everything is ok.

I thought my problem may be norton as i just updated also, but never hade a problem with norton before.???

Getting error processing messages this morning.

If you get a response from Ancestry it usually says to get rid of cookies and temporary internet files. Seems to be their standard reply

Have you suddenly got a new search facility appear, over to right of screen, as that caused me the same problems

Im having problems with ancestry, my image pages keep freezing its driving me mad!!!!!
