October 2008 my renewal date. Do I have to ring them - in the letter it said if I don't contact them by mid-May they will assume my subscription is cancelled? What a bliddy nuisance. Wore me out renewing my car tax by phone this afternoon. I mean, really, how much energy do these people think we have?? |

Oh I had that letter and thought my renewal date had come round a bit quick! Can I keep the 20% though? Yes!! Excellent news. |

..had a letter today saying Ancestry can now accept Maestro payment again good news I thought as I don't have a credit card BUT it says my membership expires May 12th but it doesn't not until August 10th...oh! and offering me a 20% discount if I renew so will be on the phone to them later. |
