Most medal cards are blank on the back

Can some one look up for me my granddads medal card.
I got a copy from the tna but i read in your family tree mag that ancestry show the flip side where the address of the soldier was some time added. His name was Henry robert browning H R on the cardlooks like he got the 1915 star 6/8/15 and discharged in 1916
when he lost a leg. He was in the rifle brigade. Thanks Paul.
