This comes up ay least once a week. If you have opened your tree to someone, they are within their rights to copy the lot with the exception of living relations

Be careful when you share your tree, i did by mistake and the person copied my whole family tree, we are not related apart from a very distant uncle of his married someone in my tree.
i have asked him to remove my tree from his, but no.
i think he is one of these people who thinks he has found 9 thousand relatives
