exporting tree from genes

you save it to a named place if you export it today it can be found in my recent documents.

Researching:
For better results please give all the details ,name, date place as you can {pictures by me }

I have exported my tree from genes and is sitting in my email messages. Can any one help me ? How do I get it from my emails into my family tree maker.
