I've been trying to look at the 1901 census and it's not bringing up the pages...just sits there saying it's loading.

Yesterday it told me there were no matches for every single name I put in and some I'd done before so knew there should be some!

I have been e-mailing them all week regarding the problem of no images - I cannot get any images of any description. I had one e-mail at the start to say I would hear within one days business but never did. I have no idea where to go next on this problem - they are my years subscription but I cannot use the system.

I'm so glad I read this thread; the same has been happening to me, i.e. not finding entries, when I'd found them there before. And yesterday, I couldn't find a death entry for an uncle of mine, who died as a baby; somebody kindly found it for me.

i am having the same problem it was all ok earlier this morning but now when the images start loading it just stays stuck on that page
