i have Norton 2008 upgraded in Jan and it didn't cause any problems. All of a sudden about 4 weeks ago Ancestry didn't want to close,you had to go thro task manager to close and send an error report to Microsoft,.really dont believe its a Microsoft problem but something Ancestry hasn't got right cos its ONLY Ancestry that doesn't close |

Many thanks - I do not have Norton so it cannot be that. My husband and I both have AVG but he was able to whereas I am not. |

Some people appear to be having trouble if they are using certain Norton antivirus software, especially I thing the 2008 version. |

Are other members still having problems with viewing images on Ancestry? For a week now I have managed to view 2 births and then absolutely nothing. Basically you cannot use the site and despite sending messages to them they are just not answering them. Has anyone heard from them? |
