From mid-1911:

Go to http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/cgi/search.pl

Enter the father's surname where it says "Surname", and the mother's maiden name where it says "Spouse/Mother surname".

From 1841-1901:
Look in the censuses.

Before 1837:
go to http://www.familysearch.org and click on International Genealogical Index.

Don't put anything in the First Name and Last Name boxes, but enter the father's full name and the mother's Christian name. Choose the county.

This will give you all children born to a couple with those names.

If there are too many, enter the name of the person whose siblings you're looking for. When you've found the right person, click on their name to get the batch number.

Repeat the earlier search (with just the parents' names), but this time, enter the batch number. This will give you the names of all children born to those parents who were baptised at the same church as the person whose siblings you're looking for.
