Rache, I'd be grateful for anything on Francis Hudson in the Brmingham Trade Directory for 1828 or 1829...or before.
I think there is only one...
Many thanks

Hi Rache

Would it be possible to search for Edward Richard Bennett on the 1912 electoral roll for Birmingham (he might go by his middle name).

In 1913 he was living at 15 Cuthbert Street.
Many Thanks

Kaz

Rache

Re your reply to Kaz, just because they were the only people listed at the address doesn't necessarily mean they were living alone - women didn't have the vote then so their wives and daughters wouldn't be listed neither would any sons under the age of 21.

rache Report 22 Apr 2008 17:36

hi potty

i put them as alone as i thought the address she was looking for was prior to a marriage and no parents were living with them

Sorry Rache for not responding yesterday had my parents over!

Thank you so much for the info and it is quite possible he was living alone as his family stayed in Shropshire and he didn't marry tll 1913!

Thanks again

Thanks Rache, that's very interesting as I used to go there when I was a child and didn't know that they also lived there. It was the home of my aunt.

Hi Rache

Thank you for your offer.

If you have any credits left could you look for any references to Reuben Page, born 1809, died around 1890. Anything about him would be great. He was a builder, so might have qualified to vote
