Member Since: April 2005 Posts: 1,287 Send Message	When I bought this familiy tree maker I had to download a patch because of running it on vista. The pc went down, am now trying to reinstall ftm 2006, but every time I try to open the programme I get this message Amyuni Document Converter 2.10 kernal mode print driver cannot be found contact the manufacturer-any ideas please its driving me round the bend. Off to work now so will check later-thanks

Member Since: June 2004 Posts: 1,012 Send Message	Have you downloaded the patch again. The Amyuni driver is what FTM uses to print documents and trees to PDF. It's a virtual printer driver. Try re-installing the software again. The program should work without it though. Ron www.genealogyprinters.com
