I followed Alistair's link - they meet twice a year in New York, so I wondered if you would find a sea crossing, but osa-anglican were founded in 1986. |

Unfortunately, it is unlikely to be the Order described above (you do not join the Order of the Thistle....it is conferred upon you....and you would be most unlikely to refer to it as the Order of St Andrew). |
