How do you view a FULL tree on GR?

Many thanks to members who have contributed in response to my plea for help.

I have now installed Macromedia Flash, and followed intructions without aby problem.

Now I can view FULL trees - thanks to all

By the way - its free!

Macromedia Flash is available as a free download from www.adobe.com - Macromedia were taken over by Adobe some time ago.

I can view full trees and probably had to download something.Never paid for anything though. Annie

I get that too. I hate being told what to do. I am always afraid that when I instal it they will ask me for money! Awaiting any answers you receive with interest.

Every time I try to read a full tree, I get a message stating I should instal Macromedia Flash or something.

I have tried to instal as instructed, but get told not available.

Does any member know why, and what do I do to be able to view, and print a full tree.
