No .It means there was a coroners inquest and he issued the document that was needed to register the death. It would have been sent to the registrar and the coroner then is recorded as the informant |

Please what is the general opinion I have a death of a bernard graham in 1999 in blackpool it isnt registered by a wife or a child, or any family member, just the coroner. |
