familysearch has them up to 1875 but http://scotlandspeople.gov.uk is the main site. It's pay to view but you can immediately download a copy of the relevant page of the registrar. This works out at £1 each.

£6 gets you 30 credits. i credit to view search results and a further 5 credits to view each cert.

Births up to 1907 are available - after that date you need to order.
