I have Vista and use 'Windows Mail' . My address book is in that, so when I click on 'To' or 'CC' on the message page it brings up my address book.

There must be a 'HELP' for your on your message to enable you to do blind carbon copies.

If you can't work it out I'll ask my hubby when he comes in. He's the expert!!

PS Glad you found it. I agree I find it very annoying when people send me messages with everyone's e-mail addresses vivsble

Hi Jennifer,

My e-mail doesn't work like yours!! When I want to send an e-mail I just use the e-mail addresses from my addresses list on the computer. I don't have use cc or carbon copy, is that what you are ment to do??

Betty, when you write a message and click on cc (carbon copy) which takes you to your address book, you then need to click on bcc (Blind carbon copy)
When you then send the mail, it will have names but no e-mail address

I have been sending e-mails to various people as you do!! and only after someone pointed it out did I notice there e-mail addresses were listed as well as their names.
Now before with Windows XP there was a way to send and e-mail but not show the persons e-mail address, can anyone tell me how or if you can do this on Vista, is there a way? Any help would be appreciated as I don't want my friends e-mail addresses going to just anyone, thank you.
