192.com is a website ( you have to pay though!) where you can search for people on the electoral roll!

Lindsey,
There is a lady on the "Records" thread named Bernice who is offering look ups of the Electral Roll,along with the Census'.
She did one for me yesterday.
But if it is a living person she asks that you contact her off list (by clicking her name in top left hand corner)
