Hello,
Has anyone ever ordered a certificate and it has been so faint that you can hardly read any of it ?
I ordered the cert. from GRO but I am not sure if I telephone them that someone would go through the details for me ?
I cannot send a copy of the cert on the computer as I have not got a scanner.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Sylvia, does it look like it was the copy process or the ink on the original?

If you phone them and tell them the problem they will do another copy of the certificate if they can make it clearer. If not they will hand write a new certificate for you.

Hi summer-scribe
It does look like it could be the copy process, although I am not sure.
I am going to give them a ring and hopefully they will help me.
