Emigrating To Australia?

My great grandfather's older brother was a Joseph Edward Dinsdale, born 1870 at East Halton in Lincolnshire to John and Maria Dinsdale.
I have Joseph Edward Dinsdale on the 1871 and 1881 census but not the 1891 and 1901 census. My uncle remembers something about him emigrating to Port Lincoln in Australia but I do not know when and this is what I would like to find out.

I believe he married and had 2 children (maybe more?) called Tom (or Thomas) about 1898 and Mary (about 1903). I do not know if they where born in England or Australia.

If anyone could help me find more information out about him that would be great. Thanks.

Hi Lizzie, The 'South Australian Genealogical Society' (SAGS) has SA deaths on-line. ... I noticed: Joseph Edward Dinsdale d 1940. Also ...Thomas Edward Dinsdale d 1968. ..SAGS have a 'transcription service' -they will search the details -for a small fee. ...Also, the 'South Australian State Library' has an 'Ask Us' librarian service (query form on-line) ..they will check their records -including electoral rolls and newspaper death notices (they're very helpful). ...Valerie (WA)
