It depends if you want a City of Leicester event or a Leicestershire event.

All England/Wales and Scotland reg offices, complete with address, phone, e-mail and url links are listed (by county) at;

Just select the country and then the county from the links on the page.

Beware googling a local office, the first results listed are usually the BMD cert companies that charge up to £60 per cert (and they are GRO issued certs anyway, NOT local office issued).

this is the main one for the centre of leicester
