It looks like a marriage bond to me - gives you the details of the groom - his age, occupation and residence and same for the bride - gives the details of the Bondsman - John Watters. They made the bond on the date of 9th Feb 1811 - a check on the IGI shows they married on 12th Feb 1811 at Wilton. |
