Thanks Rose
Really appreciate your help. I have gone for George as the father as this is a well used family name and I have not found a John yet.
Thanks

There are 2 Adget Blakes on the IGI, both born in Mitcham. One has a father called John.

Sorry didn't realise I would be gone so long. Thank you very much for the info. Never expected anyone to find this info so quick or at all.
Thanks again

I have found a marriage between Adget Blake & Isabella Physick 5 July 1813 on the IGI.
I have found that Adgets father is called George and that Adget had a brother George and sister Ann.
I can find no other info.
Do you know if it is possible to send for written details of the marriage or if so would it tell us names of parents. And where from? Really would like to be able to go back on the Blakes and Physicks.
I am just popping out but will check this board when I get back.
Thanks for looking
Chris
