You could try the Archives local to the area. Lots of inquest reports don't survive, though, so your best bet is probably looking for a report in the local newspaper. |

I've just received the death certificate of my infant aunt. (I didn't know she existed until last Sunday). The baby died of suffocation in bed with parents. Accidental death recorded at an Inquest held in 1926. Does anyone know if you can obtain a copy of Inquest papers. |
