Child Joseph was 10 in 1841 and he became a butcher I think. But he was living with his sister Mary (my relation) in 1851 in St Ann's Lane still. I know exactly where Woodhouse Cliff used to be because my gran lives round the corner so it would be nice if it was right - but as you say - farm servant sounds doubtful! |
