	My sub is due for renewal in a couple of weeks but Ive had so much bother with the site in the last 2 weeks I have told them I want to cancel. 4 years Ive had a sub, it will be strange without one.

	Hi, I decided not to renew at expiry this. However, I recieved an email from them, approx 4wks later, offering me a 20% discount to return. Of course I snapped their hand off! If you don't want to play the waiting game (like me!) I think you should phone them and explain you know of others getting a 20% discount and you want the same. Hope that helps! Helen x
