Well I'm glad it's just not me. I thought I was going mad when the details come up and it's all the same name. Never had this before. Just had a complete re-install on my computer so thought we had done something wrong |

Dont know Michelle, but they told me they had a back log of a weeks emails to answer so Id have thought that should indicate something to them (they hadnt replied to 3 I sent). |

Hi Heather its Michelle(Census Lookups)i have had the same prob today and yesterday on 2 1851 records.The details of the person are correct then below are a list of names all the same!unrelated to the person i am looking up! |

Ive just rung the techis again. They said it must be a security issue on my puter stopping the page load. I cant see how but Ive taken off ad blocker, pop up blocker, spy bot, even avg and still it wont load. |

No James, I spoke to a second tech person yesterday. He said he believed one of the servers had been a problem but it was now fixed. He said may be my puter was logging into the "bad" pages. Cant see that myself as Ive cleared all temp files and cookies but ...............So "Mike" says Ill send you an email right now telling you how to overcome the problem. I hang up, go to the email and guess what James, its a link to ancestry.co.uk which, as you know, I cant access SCREAMMMMMMMMMMMM |

I had problems with both the UK and Com sites on Tuesday for about 6 hrs, just kept getting page cannot be displayed but then it was ok again, strange isn't it? |
