the maiden name of the mother isn't in the registers until 1913

Yestaerday, I received a copy of my Great Great Aunt Health records and saw that her and her husband had child. I was wondering if anyone would be king enough to search for me.

The parents names Sam and Sybil Sutcliffe (sybil maiden name Jagger). The most likely place that the child would have benn born was Burnley, if not it would have been around the North Bierely / Bradford area. Year(s) of 1903 -1905 ( I think it was 1904) but I am give or taken a year either side.
