Thanks for help. Got to be one of these. . . . All I know for sure is that the 1901 census at 11 East St Stapleford (which I know for sure is where my grandad was born) shows Hannah and John being born in Woodside Worcestershire. Will do some more digging, but this has been great help.

Not traced the wedding cert as yet, so dont know if they got married in Worcestershire, then moved to Stapleford or met each other in Stapleford itself. I suppose the wedding cert would really help. .

I'm trying to trace both of my great grandparents prior to 1901. What I know so far is that as of 1901. . .

John Mason (brn about 1874 in Worcesters, Woodside)
Hannah Mason formally Blunt (brn about 1872 Woodside Worcestershire)

In 1901 they lived at 11 East Street, Stapleford, Nottinghamshire along with Nelly Mason(brn about 1898) & Hannah Mason(brn about 1900) My grandad was also born at the house later - in 1911.

I'm struggling to find any more. . .I'm sure its fairly easy to find further, but I'm fairly new to this. Can anybody assist. .
