Sounds like a similar problem then, glads its not just me. Never had it happen before.

I have had trouble opening someone else's tree
even though I have her permission to view. I gave up in the end.

Is anyone having trouble opening their tree on here. Whenever I try the tree doesn't open and the main page freezes and won't do anything and have to do ctrl alt delete to close it.
