Is there anyone out there that was in the Merchant Navy in the 1950/60/70's that may be able to tell me what some of the abbriviations mean. Some I can guess but I would like to be sure |

I have finally come into possession of photocopies of my fathers seamanship papers. They have an A.B Certificate number issued at Victoria Docks. What is the likely hood of finding apprentiship papers and where would they be held. |
