Make sure you drink plenty of water, not juice or coffee but just plain water before going and drink again at frequent rest intervals. Dehydration of the body (and eyes) occur when we work on Fische or even PC´s so fluid intake is extremely important. Good luck x |

Try taking a rest every quarter of an hour or so and focusing your eyes on something else at a different distance. |

I have just returned from the Essex RO after looking up some info for a GR member, but can anyone give me a receipe that will enable me to "not" get a headache after looking at loads of fisch. |
