Yes, I agree with Moggie even though I posted the other marriage. The Sarah Marten marriage is also on BVRI. I chose the other one because it was in Brighton but I didn't know about the Marten sister-in-law. Makes sense. I suppose he could have married both of them and Sarah Barton died. |

In the 1851 census (see above) there a a Susan Martin age 48 living with George and family. I have been back and had a look and she was George's sister-in-law so I am wondering if this is George and Sarah's marriage. |

Thanks Michael, i did find a death for Nathaniel in 1851 but also on free bmd it has got him down on the 1851 census but i havent got access to it. Can you show me both of the ones you found. Thanks Debbie |
