There is a Lizzie Ismay on the 1901 census but she was born 1889, Newcastle, Northumberland. However her father was born Wigton, Cumberland. She's the right age to marry in 1909. |

Can't find a Lizzie but there is a Lily on the 1891 census born 1882 Wigton. Do you suppose the enumerator misheard the name? |
