To add to above, The Register is only an Index, it will give you name, quarter of year when registered, where registered, vol and page number. To see the actual certificate you have to purchase, £7 from GRO. |

freebdm site (google will find it) is, as the name suggests BUT only goes utp to 1915-1920ish. |

could someone please tell me how to access the bmd records? I may be able to find out whether the names ive been given are those of my relatives if only i could access these records! |
