There is this death, but not in London. Do you know if she had a middle name or if she might have not died straight away and moved to nearer home? |

You could get in touch with the library local to where the accident took place, as they should have back copies of the local newspapers on microfilm. |

Can anyone give me any ideas about how I can find out about the death of my GGrandmother Ellen Parkyn? Apparantly she was killed by a bus in the Seven Sisters or Islington area of London. I can't find a death certificate for her, but it would have been in the 1960's, or so I'm told by a very unreliable source!! Does anyone know the name of the bus company that would have operated in that area at the time or any local newspapers online I can browse through? |
