Isn't it about time GR removed this thread now. Its been there for 2 1/2 months.Anyone who was going to respond will have done so by now.

Its just annoying now.

I think they were hoping to get some response for a tv show or something, similiar to the programme aired on one of the cable channels "my famous family" (?).

If i followed the "family" ties of that show (the ancestors were usually across four or five marriages, and several illegitimate births etc) then i could claim links to Nelson, a WW11 hero who won the OBE and George Stephenson of the locomotive "Rocket" fame.

None of the above are direct line but are "rellies" through marriage/remarriage or head of house to my domestic servant ancestors.


Oh and not forgetting my (living) internet published author cousin and another cousin who is big in the world of insects (but insects are a small world. LOL).
