I have contacted a professional certificate and genealogy reseacher in Dublin regarding the costs involved in obtaining a birth certificate for me in Dublin . I know the date in 1919 and the name of parents. |

Brian, if you know the date and name, why not just apply for the cert to the Irish GRO? |
