A coppersmith worked with copper a brazier worked with brass, I would say same occupation but worked with different metals

Hello, does anybody please know if the above two occupations are linked?

I have an ancestor who gives his occupation as coppersmith on his daughters wedding certificate, but I think I have him on a census as brazier - is this likely?

Thanks in advance.

Best wishes
